BSG icons

Heylo! This is my first real BSG icon post. When I started watching the show, and then really got into it (reading fanfic, saving icons off of people's userpic pages, slowly finding graphic comms etc), I thought I'd never start making icons because there are so many talented iconmakers out there already, people I'd never be able to compete with. But alias424 told me to suck it up and make icons already. (Of course she expressed her opinion much mor eloquently than I just did.) Anyway, here I am, and I have to admit that making BSG icons is so much more fun than making any other fandom icons. ♥ The show is just so so pretty. I can't help but saving tons of screencaps and then turning them into icons.
It took me a while to get into this, to get the colours right and all those things, but I'm actually quite satisfied with some of these, especially towards the end of the batch. BUT since I should not be here right now, since, in fact, I should be working on my uni presentation, I'll stop rambling now. ;) Enjoy! And yes, there is a reason why I usually stay away from text.
